Net 30 with approved credit, C.O.D., Master Card/Visa, or prepay.

Q3. Can I get a custom order?
Lead time is 60 days after receipt of purchase order and down payment. Al custome orders must be in writing.

Q4. What is my minimum order?
Minimum orders are $25. Orders under $25, add a $2.00 service charge.

Q5. What about returns?
Returns are not accepted without a return authorization by Global. Please call (800) 633-4323 within 7 days of receipt of shipment Custom work and printed items with name or logo are not returnable.

Q6. What about damages?
If your product is damaged or your order is damaged in shipping, please contact Gobal within 3 days of receipt of shipment.

Q7. Can I receive samples?
Samples are available at the wholesale price plus shipping. Catalogs are available free with purchase only.

Q8. How do I figure out measurements?
Measurements are in inches. All measurements are first in width, then by height.

Q9. Can I get large quantities?
We make every effort to stock a reasonable amount of each item. (Some items we stock as liitle as 500 at a time, and other items we stock as much as 5,000 at a time. If you need more than 300 of a given item, it is best to notify us two months in advance.
